Cheese seminars

Always wondered what makes aged Cheddar so crumbly? Or why Swiss cheese has all those holes in it? Cheese specialist Reg Hendrickson of Dairy Farmers of Canada will answer your questions and share his knowledge of cheeses made from 100% Canadian milk. Hosted at 12:15, 1:15 and 2:15 pm.

Canadian cheesemakers

Meet these cheesemakers from across the country and try a wide variety of Canadian cheeses made from 100% Canadian milk: Natural Pastures, Cows, Damafro, Arla Foods, Kootenay, The Village Cheese Co., Poplar Grove, Glengarry and various other artisanal cheeses.

Cheese Rolling is fun all around – even if you’re not going round and round down a hill.

Between the adult downhill races, kids can race up the cheese rolling hill for prizes and glory. Free event T-shirt for your little racers!

It’s like that game you love, but circles are replaced with wheels of cheese.
